I believe career confusion is rarely solved by more advice. It’s solved by a deeper understanding of yourself, the stage you’re in, and the options actually in front of you.
Through coaching and career-exploration tools, I help people put their thinking in order, notice what they need to develop, and build a practical step that suits their real circumstances.
My focus right now is school and university students. Later, the same work will extend to graduates and to people changing careers — the same approach, a wider group of people.
