Career coaching practitioner in training

The question isn’t: which major is best?

It’s which one fits me — and why.

More clarity in your education and career decisions — and steps that fit you.

The work

How we work together

Clarity doesn’t mean knowing the whole answer to your life. It means understanding yourself enough to see your next step.

…then a next step
  1. Clarity

We start with you: what matters to you, how you actually work, and where the confusion really sits.

  2. Exploration

We widen the options before narrowing them — majors, paths, and what those roles are like in practice.

  3. Decision

We compare, test the assumptions underneath, and cut the noise until the decision is genuinely yours.

  4. A step

You leave with one small, realistic thing to do this week — not a five-year plan.

The path doesn’t close. Clarity builds up one step at a time, and there is always another step.

Who this is for

If you recognise yourself here, we can work together

The focus right now is students — school and university. The same work extends to career transitions later.

  • A school student who’s stuck

Doesn’t know which major to choose, or has too many options and is afraid of regretting the choice.

  • A university student who isn’t sure

Started a major but isn’t certain about it, or doesn’t know how to make the university years count.

  • A student who’s struggling

Grades are slipping, and the reason deserves understanding before anyone assumes the major is wrong.

  • A student who isn’t ready yet

Focused on grades alone, with no skills, experience, or sense of the working world being built alongside.

Who I am

I sit beside the decision, not in front of it

I’m Eman Qambar, a career coaching practitioner in training. I work alongside people — with a current focus on students — to understand themselves, explore their options, and make education and career decisions with awareness and realism.

I don’t give you a ready-made answer. I help you think clearly and build your own.

More about me

Being straight with you

What I don’t do

Clarity starts with being honest about where this work ends. These are limits, not modesty.

  • I don’t hand you a decision. I help you build your own, and you keep ownership of it.
  • I don’t reduce your future to an assessment. A test is a starting point for exploration, never a verdict.
  • I don’t promise admission to a major, or a job. Nobody honestly can.
  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical diagnosis, or support in a mental-health crisis.

It starts with a conversation

Tell me what’s least clear about where you are right now. We’ll start there.
